Paulinho da Viola
Brought up in an environment of great musicians like Pixinguinha and Jacob do Bandolim, he started early to learn how to play the guitar. His first samba was created for the organized carnival revelers troupe Bloco Carnavalesco Foliões de Anália Franco. His first paid work was at the Zicartola restaurant, where he got the nickname from Zé Keti and Sérgio Cabral. He was awarded a prize at the VI TIM Music Prize under best singer, best album and best song.
