Maria Inês Guimarães

Pianist and composer dedicated to the dissemination of Brazilian repertoires in Europe. Since 1999 she is a full professor at the Conservatoire d'Antony, France, where she coordinates the free improvisation course. As an interpreter, Maria Inês directs and participates in chamber groups specialized in choro and improvisation, with 12 CDs recorded in different countries.
